Case : 26year female came to casualty as she was referred from outside hospital in view of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy  No previous comorbidities HOPI: 1st pregnancy P1L1 ,5yrs male child ,LSCS in view of PROM 2nd pregnancy in view of bleeding PV visited hospital at 1 and half month Gestation--threatened abortion 3rd pregnancy - Spontaneous abortion,went to hospital for regular check up and was told to have absent Fetal heart sounds and was given Medication for MTP After 1yea

55year old male with decreased urine output and pedal edema

A 55 year old male came to the casuality with cheif complaints of Cheif complaints: -decreased urine output since 3days - pedal edema and Upper limb edema since 3days - fever since 1day History of presenting illness : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3days ago, later he developed pedal edema, Upper limb edema decreased urine output since 3days. Fever since 1day, low grade not associated with chills and rigors No c/o burning micturition, vomitings, loose stools, cough, SOB, cold No c/o rashes, mosquito bites No c/o generalised body pains or myalgia Past history: K/c/o DM since 10yrs  K/c/o HTN since 2yrs H/o Pulmonar
